You’ll receive access to our planning tools for timelines, floor plans, and guest flow, plus a final touch-base in the weeks before your date to ensure every moment lands exactly as it should. Couples are also invited to a complimentary menu tasting, so you can experience our dining firsthand and meet the team behind it.

Guests are welcomed with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a three-course plated dinner and a late-night snack to keep the celebration going.
Our bar packages are available to complement the menu, with signature cocktails crafted by our mixologists to match the same level of care and presentation.

Outdoor celebrations at Ashlar may continue until 11:00 PM. As the evening winds down, many couples choose to transition indoors for a more intimate late-night gathering.
Our indoor space can be extended until 1:00 AM for these later hours (additional fees apply). It’s a seamless way to end the night surrounded by your closest circle, without ever feeling rushed.
