We didn't build Ashlar to fill a gap in the market. We built it because we kept imagining what a wedding could feel like if every detail was handled by people who actually cared.
Our team embodies a shared belief that hospitality means something more than logistics. That the food should be the best meal your guests have all year, that the building itself should tell a story, and that your love and favourite people should be the focus of your day.

10 years in PR and brand strategy. Madison runs every tour, coordinates every timeline, and is the first person you'll talk to when you reach out. She built Ashlar's experience from the couple's perspective: what do you need to feel taken care of on the most important day of your life? That question drives every decision she makes.
Laurie
Viau
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
30+ years in hospitality and communications. Co-owner of Amuse Kitchen & Wine. Laurie keeps the numbers honest and the operations running. She's the one who makes sure the all-inclusive promise actually works, that the pricing is fair, and every couple gets exactly what they were told they'd get.
