Companies book it to thank their team or their clients with a proper dinner for 30 to 65 guests, with the whole building to themselves for the day. Every party is quoted for its headcount and format, starting from a $2,500 venue fee.
What does a holiday party here look like?
Your guests arrive to a stone schoolhouse set for your company alone, and the menu is built around your party by our chef and cooked on site, as a seated dinner or a cocktail-style reception.
The hours are set around your day, so a team lunch works as well as an evening dinner, depending on what the date has open.
Screens and AV equipment are on site if someone wants to say a few words or look back on the year.

What does a holiday party at Ashlar cost?
A $2,500 venue fee applies to every date. Dining is quoted per guest for your headcount and format, and bar packages are priced separately. Gratuity of 15% and HST of 13% are applied to the full subtotal at invoice. Tell us your headcount and the format you have in mind, and we will send a full quote.
Which dates are open?
We host one event a day between November 20 and December 23, so each date goes to one company. Send us the date you have in mind and we will confirm availability within 72 hours.
Where is Ashlar, and is there parking?
Ashlar is at 2876 Munster Road in Munster, Ontario, about 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa, 20 minutes from Kanata and 15 minutes from Stittsville. Parking is on site, and hotel accommodation is available in Kanata, Stittsville and Richmond.
